Hungarian Chicken Paprikash

Paprikash is a tomato based sauce with lots of Hungarian paprika and a dollop of sour cream. Altogether it's a creamy, smoky sauce with chicken breast and caramelized onions. My Hungarian friend said it's almost as good as their grandma's.
